CONFIRMATION OF THE SERVICE

Once confirmed, you can consider your tour/trip or other service planned and accepted - if not contacted or told otherwise. This can happen when system has to process multiple orders at a time, due to technical capabilities or similar situations.

WITHDRAWAL OF SERVICE

In case of the bad weather forecast, or some other force majeure - it is our duty to change the route, postpone the trip/change the date or cancel your booked trip - unless it is possible to reschedule or reorganize otherwise. Our team will contact you as soon as the extraordinary circumstances occur and will do our best to come up with the best solution for you.

REFUND

In case of the cancellation by us, we will provide the refund promptly.

We respectfully manage the privacy of users, customers and visitors of our website. No information is automatically collected from users.

There are some non-personal information about users that is to be recorded to keep the website in function.
